The rental prices of the holiday homes already include the costs for electricity, water, gas (for cooking), bed linen, towels and final cleaning. There are clear and unambiguous legal regulations on this in the Price Levy Ordinance. You will not find hidden and therefore legally unacceptable additional costs, which only make the rental price appear low at first glance, with us. However, we ask you to note the following special features:
The free electricity consumption per week is limited to 150 kw/h for holiday accommodations with air-conditioning. Those who use more electricity have to pay 0,27 Euro per kw/h at the end of their holiday. However, the 150 kw/h are usually sufficient for normal use of the air conditioners. This limitation should only prevent the air conditioners from running all day long, even when windows and doors are open, thus wasting electricity and, above all, causing unnecessary additional pollution of the environment.
If the central heating is used by the tenant (optional and only possible where this can be offered according to the description of the property), as a rule an additional contribution must be paid.
Who wishes an Internet access during its vacation (optional and only there possible, where this can be offered according to object description) must pay usually 28, - per week in cash on the arrival day. Some holiday accommodations, however, also offer free Internet access.
Guests who arrive at the agreed meeting point after 22:00 must pay a flat-rate night surcharge of 30,- Euro, after 24:00 50,- Euro to the keyholder or the administrator in cash on the day of arrival (see also the FAQs under "Night surcharge").
In the case of long-term rentals, all consumption costs (water, electricity, gas, internet ...) are normally paid by the tenant himself.
